Published fare must be paid in full and ticketed within 24 hours after
reservations are made.
Name changes are not permitted once booked.
A $150 change fee applies once tickets are issued.
This airfare is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Protection Plans do not cover a refund of this airfare, with the exception
of the purchase of the Protection Plan Plus which for covered reasons will
be refunded.
- Palms Resort and Casino
The Palms Casino has a mandatory Daily Resort Fee of $15 per room, per night
plus tax. The fee is to be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Fee is
subject to change without notice.
RESORT FEE INCLUSIONS:

* 2 for 1 Playboy Comedy VIP tickets,
