Remarks:
Your detailed schedule, “Welcome Letter” will be delivered to your first hotel in Tokyo and you may receive it when you check in, or you can receive it in advance (about 2weeks before your travel date), which is for your preference.
Day2: English speaking assistant is waiting for your arrival with holding sign board says your name.
Day5: Your baggage will be transported from hotel in Tokyo to hotel in Kyoto by truck separately. There is no room to accommodate your baggage into Shinkansen train. Please bring a small bag. Your train schedule and seat number will be advised when you arrive into Japan.
Day6: Please refer to terms and conditions for alternative sightseeing spots in case of closure.
Day8: Your pick up time at hotel will be advised by MK Shuttle on previous day. They will contact you or please contact front desk at your hotel in case you miss it. |
